We transition into produce sometime in June, starting with strawberries, asparagus, and Amish grown tomatoes and other vegetables. Vegetables become more plentiful throughout the summer, we grow some of what we sell but we also supplement with fresh produce from local and Amish farmers from the area, we also get fruit like peaches from the other side of the state.
The best part of our U-Pick Flower Fields is watching the gorgeous floral arrangements our customers create. We host U-Make Bouquet events through the summer and into the fall, but we also allow our customers to create their bouquets on their own! What are you going to create this season?
We would love to enjoy the summer season with you at the farm!
Every season has something unique to bring to the farm, and the dog days of summer provide the opportunity for outdoor activities and classes! Don't forget farm fresh produce that we either grow ourselves or source from local Michigan farmers, much like ourselves. We would love to see you at the farm!
