Everything we sell is grown/produced/made locally, or comes from right here at our farm. Everything.
We have a network of small farmers, much like us, that we source the plants and vegetables that we don't grow. Some have better equipment than we do, some are phenomenal at growing particular crops. Sometimes it's the knowledge, labor, and equipment we don't have so we depend on our farmer network to bring you the BEST LOCALLY GROWN PRODUCE around. If you ever wonder where something we have came from, ask! If we didn't grow it we can tell you who did. Remember we are "Always local, always Fick Farms Fresh" |
We open up sometime before Mother’s day and sell perfect perennials, first-rate flower flats, bodacious baskets, herbs, vegetable plants, Amish baked goods, and more. Our stock rotates weekly, or multiple times weekly so check back often to avoid missing any farm fresh finds.

We transition into produce sometime in June, starting with strawberries, asparagus, and Amish grown tomatoes and other vegetables. Vegetables become more plentiful throughout the summer, we grow some of what we sell but we also supplement with fresh produce from local and Amish farmers from the area, we also get fruit like peaches from the other side of the state.
Our U-Pick Flower Field opens late June-mid July offering a variety of beautiful flowers grown in season. |
After Labor day we transition to a fall theme, we offer mums, corn stalks, gourds, hard squash, pumpkins, gourds, straw, donuts, cider, etc. We open our corn maze in September, we have a fundraiser for KIND at the end of September which is a kick-off for all of our fall family activities. Also, we have sheep that give birth in Sept/Oct and have a viewing area for visitors.
October is all about families. We offer a corn maze, hayride, u-pick pumpkin patch, nighttime activities, cider donuts, food, and a huge selection of fall decorations. We also do school field trips in October. |
During November and December we sell wreaths and grave blankets, they're handmade and decorated right here at the farm. We have a large selection of blankets for sale “off the table,” we also custom make blankets to order, with ribbon and poinsettia colors and adornments customers choose from our stock. Some customers choose to bring special decorations or have a certain theme they want us to use (examples: hunter, fisherman, MSU, UM, pink, roses, etc.)
